Hollyburn Gives Back - The Vancouver Foodbank

This year the Hollyburn Team has commited to providing fresh, local and most importantly HEALTY food to the Vancouver Food Bank. We started a beautiful rooftop garden at Nicola Place and were able to provide our first harvest of lettuces and fresh vegetables this July!

2011 Staff Contests Announced!

We are announcing two new monthly awards to replace the previous contests of biggest lift and biggest lift per square foot, the curb appeal award will continue.

1. Testimonials ($100 gift card for the most each month) $500 for the most from now until December.

· In an effort to We are adding client testimonials to our website! All managers who collect the most testimonials will be rewarded each month commencing July 2011 to Dec 2011.

2. Revenue contest ($100 gift card per month) $500 for the most from now until December.

· % increase in revenue will be measured. Increasing rent on turnover, negotiated "live-in" renovation and rent increase etc...contact your Property Manager for details!

3. Curb Appeal ($100 gift card per month) $500 for the best curb appeal from now until December.

Hollyburn Success at Davie Days 2010!

Hollyburn was proud to participate in the third annual Davie Days September 2010.

At our booth our Marketing professionals in combination with our superior Resident Management staff gave away hundreds of dollars in Safeway Gift cards as well as up to $100 in complementary laundry tokens when completing a new lease!

We thank all of our staff who participated this year and made the event a true success.
