Experienced Resident Managers (COUPLES ONLY)
We are currently looking to fill positions for experienced Resident Managers in the Vancouver area.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property management, be fluent (oral and written) in English, have extensive knowledge of the RTA, experience in major suite renovations, collections, renting (including qualification of applicants), basic maintenance, ability to perform common area and suite cleaning as well as minor landscaping. The ability to work in a customer service role is essential. Basic tools are a requirement for this job and will not be provided. This position is fast-paced and requires exceptional multi-tasking skills. Applicants will be required to complete an English Comprehension test.
This position requires physical activities and excellent knowledge of computers, internet web browsing, and email.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Suite rentals, striving to achieve 100% occupancy
Rent collection
Banking
Evictions/hearings
Tenant correspondence and memorandums
Regular in-suite and common area maintenance
In-suite and common area renovations
Common area and in-suite custodial duties
Minor landscaping, lawn mowing, watering, planting seasonally and some weeding
This position suits a young couple without children as the position is live-in with a mid-sized 1-bedroom apartment to be provided. Any candidates for consideration must ensure day care is provided for.

We are currently looking for energetic couples to join our team couple as Assistant Resident Managers in the Vancouver area.Applicants must possess the following abilities:
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- experience with general maintenance (including some painting, plumbing, electrical),
- Basic office skills ie: filing, faxing, photocopying
- cleaning and janitorial work is required Knowledge of the RTA is an asset but is not required.
