If I'd known about this company and this type of position before, I wouldn't have stayed in the hospitality industry for so long. I've been with Hollyburn for nine years now and I love it. Hollyburn really cares - about us as managers, about the residents, and about their buildings. When there are problems, they really listen to us and then deal with those issues - whatever they promise, they deliver. We love our apartment, too, and being able to work together is something we really wanted to do. Everyone at Hollyburn treats people with such respect. You really feel as if they're more of a family than an employer. They appreciate all your work, always acknowledge your accomplishments, and are so positive about creating a safe, healthy environment. They're also open to listening to new ideas, and when they recognize you have a good one, they trust you to just get on and get the job done right.
